Must-Do Event

Defend the Trade Route

Guild Escort / PVE ~30 Minutes 5-Day Cooldown

Ascendancy has set its sights on the Commerce Guild's Cargo Dreadnought. Defeat their forces and escort the dreadnought to its destination. Roughly 30 minutes of guild combat — AFK-friendly if you appoint an AI ship.

Why It's Must-Do
"Only runs every ~5 days. If you skip it, you wait nearly a week for another chance — and an AI ship can play it for you. There's no excuse to miss this."
— Scheduling Principle
!
Can't be online? Join the event and set your ships to auto-battle — they'll do everything for you. You still earn full participation rewards. The only way to get zero rewards is to not join at all.

The Escort Run

You're escorting a Commerce Guild Cargo Dreadnought across an instanced planetary system. It moves from waypoint to waypoint while Ascendancy fleets try to stop you.

01
Setup — Auto-Battle. When you join the event, set your ships to auto-battle. They'll handle targeting, engagement, and movement automatically — you can close the game and still earn full participation rewards. The only requirement is that you actually join.
02
Escort Phase 1 — Waypoint A → B. The Cargo Dreadnought begins its route. Set your weakest ship on Escort mode to stick with the dreadnought, and send your other 2 ships out to attack the Ascendancy Scout Ships as they spawn. Or commit all 3 to attack if you prefer aggression — the dreadnought tanks fine on its own.
03
Trade Point 2 — The Big Fight. When the dreadnought reaches the second trade point, an Ascendancy Cruiser (~160M HP) spawns. This is the main DPS check — needs the full guild on it. Coordinate damage, don't split fire.
04
Final Stretch — Destination Planet. After the Cruiser falls, the dreadnought continues to the final destination planet. Once it arrives, escort is complete and rewards open up.

How to Maximize Damage

The event is forgiving but rewards scale with personal damage. A few small habits push you up the contribution chart.

Fleet Setup 1 escort, 2 attack

Standard play: weakest ship on Escort (stays with the dreadnought), 2 strongest on Attack. Or send all 3 to attack if you prefer max damage — the dreadnought handles itself.

Priority Scout → Cruiser

Clear Scout Ships fast in Phase 1 to free your fleet for the Cruiser fight. Don't get stuck farming low-HP Scouts when the Cruiser is the real point payout.

Coordination Guild chat live

Active players coordinate target focus in guild chat. The Cruiser HP bar gets melted fastest when everyone targets it simultaneously — a 30-second focus window saves minutes.

Platform PC > Mobile

If you can play actively, PC's landscape view shows more of the battlefield. Mobile works but you'll miss spawn locations more often. Active players: log in on PC for this one.

// REWARDS

What You Get

Three reward boxes open at the end, on a short timer. Open all three.

Reward boxes per player 3 boxes (timer-gated)
Standard drops Speedups (15m, 30m, +), coins, guild vouchers
Personal damage rewards Ship fragments + bonus items
Guild milestone (360M dmg) Additional shared rewards
Lucky Star bonus Random player gets extra rewards
i
Bottom line: This is one of the highest-value events in the game and it runs every 5 days for ~zero effort. Join, set ships to auto-battle, forget about it. Come back to collect your boxes. Stack them up.
// PRO TIPS

Lessons from Server #1142

Small habits that compound across a year of trade route runs.

01
Set a reminder for the 5-day cooldown. The event window opens, runs ~30 minutes, then closes. If your guild is still organizing when the timer hits, you've already lost reward tiers. Pin the next start time in guild chat.
02
Use it as your relax event. No PvP stress, no win-or-lose pressure, no resource burn. Set fleets to Escort, focus the boss when it spawns, collect three boxes. It's the most forgiving guild event in the rotation — perfect for busy weeks.
03
One of the top-paying events. Don't let the simplicity fool you — the per-effort value here is among the best in the game. Five days between runs means missing one is a real loss, not a minor inconvenience.
04
Don't skip even if your damage is low. The participation reward + AI-ship system means even F2P / new players get vouchers for showing up. There is literally no reason to opt out.
